- The Client has the right to refuse the Goods at any time before its transfer, and after the transfer within 14 days.
- Return of goods of proper quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are Served and provided.
- Deco24 reserves the right to recover costs from the customer if the customer return has been made unreasonably / in breach of the terms of the contract. The customer will be charged a handling fee of 20 euros and shipping costs for returns. For undelivered shipments that have not been notified to us, a handling fee of € 20 will be charged to the customer.

- If, upon receipt, the goods turned out to be defective or do not match the description of the goods please contact us as soon as possible via e-mail for immediate solution of the problem.
- In the event of a dispute, please contact the Consumer Protection Board for assistance.
