1. The Client has the right to refuse the Goods at any time before its transfer, and after the transfer within 14 days.
  2. Return of goods of proper quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are Served and provided.
  3. Deco24 reserves the right to recover costs from the customer if the customer return has been made unreasonably / in breach of the terms of the contract. The customer will be charged a handling fee of 20 euros and shipping costs for returns. For undelivered shipments that have not been notified to us, a handling fee of € 20 will be charged to the customer.

  5. If, upon receipt, the goods turned out to be defective or do not match the description of the goods please contact us as soon as possible via e-mail for immediate solution of the problem.
