Reklamaatio

  1. Asiakkaan reklamoidessa tuotteesta on osoitettava kuitti /ostotodistus jolla asiakas todistaa tuotteen olevan ostettu Deco24.eu :stä, sekä lisäksi lähettää kuva hajonneesta tuotteesta ja selvitys tuotteessa olevasta virheestä.
    2. Deco24.eu käsittelee ainoastaan kirjallisen reklamaation, joka voidaan lähettää sähköpostiin info@deco24.eu
    3. Ostajalla on oikeus reklamoida virheestä viikon kuluessa ostotapahtumasta.
    4. Asiakkaan tulee tarkistaa tuote heti sen saatuaan, sillä jos tuote on vioittunut, saa Deco24.eu asian heti eteenpäin ja ratkaistua. Tällaisissa tilanteissa pyydämme asiakasta ottamaan välittömästi yhteyttä sähköpostitse.
    5. Kuluttajaneuvonta ja kuluttajariitalautakunta tarjoavat veloituksetta apua erimielisyyksien ratkaisemiseen, joten Deco24.eu ei korvaa asiakkaan asiamieskuluja.

Pretensioon

1 Kliendi kaebus toote kohta on näidata kätte / ostutšekk klient tõestama, et toode osteti Deco24.eu et, ja saata ka pilt lagunemine toote ja toote veateade.
2 Deco24.eu tegeleb ainult kirjaliku kaebuse, mida saab saata e-posti teel info@deco24.eu
3 Ostjal on õigus kurdavad viga ühe nädala jooksul pärast ostu.
4 Sa peaks viitama toote niipea, kui see on saadud, sest kui toode on kahjustatud, edasta  Deco24.eu edasi info ja me kohe lahendame seda. Sellistes olukordades, siis on vaja kohe võtta meiega ühendust e-mail.
5 Tarbijate nõustamine ja Tarbijakaebuste Board pakub tasuta abi, et lahendada erimeelsused, nii Deco24.eu ei asenda oma advokaaditasu.

Returns or Claims 

1 Customer complaint about the product is to show a receipt / proof of purchase of the customer to prove that the product was purchased from Deco24.eu  and also send a picture of broken  product together  with  explanation of the problem.
2 Deco24.eu deals only with the written complaint, which can be sent by e-mail info@deco24.eu
3 The buyer has the right to complain about an error within one week of delivery.
4 You should check  the product as soon as it is received, because if the item is damaged,  Deco24.eu should be  informed  immediately to resolve the issue. In such situations, you will be required to immediately contact us by e-mail.
5 Consumer Advice and the Consumer Complaint Board offers free help to resolve disagreements, so Deco24.eu not a substitute for your attorney fees.

Ownership Transfer

Purchased a used Auros product or moved to another country? Transfer the ownership and/or warranty from one person to another or from one country to another.

Retail Registration

In addition to any applicable Consumer and/or statutory rights, the Supplier offers a manufacturer’s guarantee. The manufacturer guarantee is that the materials and workmanship of the Goods will be free from defects for a period of 10 years from the date that the Goods were collected by the Buyer or the third party carrier. The product guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear. The 10 year guarantee is only applicable to orders placed on or after 1st March 2016, any orders placed prior to this will have a 1 year guarantee. Clearance products do not qualify for this guarantee.

However this entire Clause 7.1 not apply if a fault arises due to:
Abnormal use or working conditions, failure to follow instructions, misuse, alteration or unauthorised repair, wilful damage, improper maintenance or negligence on the part of the Buyer or a third party; or

Any subsequent mechanical, chemical, electrolytic or other damage after risk has passed to the Buyer, which is not due to a defect in the Goods.

Where Goods are faulty the Buyer must contact us within 7 days of the discovery of the fault or within 7 days of the collection of the Goods where the Goods were faulty on collection.

The Buyer must supply the requested information and images in order for the Supplier to be able to deal with the Buyer’s complaint. The Buyer will obtain full instructions upon notifying the Supplier of a fault.

A claim will be compensated for at the Supplier’s discretion. We reserve the right to offer a compensation. Compensation is normally paid within 28 days of the date of the Supplier’s confirmation.
